David Rabeau is a Buyer Specialist and ISA Manager with the Kal Johal Real Estate Team, serving Yuba-Sutter County and the greater Northern California region. With a background in sales leadership and client-focused real estate service, David helps buyers and sellers navigate every step of the process with clarity, strong communication, and reliable follow-through—from the first consultation to the final walk-through. As a team leader and coach, he’s committed to consistent systems, accountability, and a high standard of service. David is bilingual (English/Spanish) and passionate about creating a smooth, confident experience for every client.

Outside of real estate, David is the proud father of two teenage girls who keep him on his toes (and keep him feeling young). In his free time, you’ll usually find him spending time with family, firing up the BBQ, or staying active with CrossFit and boxing.
